Contd --depending on the topography.Water pumping system should be very effective to cut down hidden cost for the govt as it's free in some cases.Use of green energy like wind mills, solar to make it cost effective & independent for a specific area. The capital cost could be recovered over 20 to 25 yrs with indigenous built wind & solar power. The fossil & petroleum fuel requirements can be reduced by using electrical farm equipments.

STIP should be more focused on agriculture & food. With large population like ours was able to overcome food requirements during covid 19 shut down.To make agricultural produce cheaper by reducing effectively energy, natural resources & to suit weather conditions. A view of satellite imagery of farm landscape the energy consumption per sq area should be least depending on the topography.Water pumping system should be very effective to cut down hidden cost for the govt as it's free in some Contd--
