Practicals at school level should be introduced with manual writing, experimentation in school laboratories. Even at intermediate (+2) level also, no practicals are held. Institutions and teachers are giving importance to theory but not practicals. They are conducting for practical exam purpose at the end. If science students even at +2 level are not in a position to operate a microscope , then what would be the future of science and technology in the country. This should be changed

Activities like Herbarium, Vivarium, Terrarium, school garden, kitchen garden, terrace cropping, lab experiments at school , college level are not given importance. These will not be given importance in teaching. Teaching of Science has become more theoretical than practical. Science teachers are not conducting all these. If these are conducted, they will be nominal. So these activities should be made compulsory and mandatory at learning institutions.
