It's important to upgrade and update all outdated and loop holed marine navigation bill. India's strong protection and patrolling formula of 24x7 through advanced surveillance equipments and trained, dedicated personnels is the need of the hour. A 'National Protection and Development Organisation' working independently for India without politics and interference will go a long way in maintaining integrity and privacy of nation like Pentagon in US. India's political unrest shouldn't stop India.

The draft bill is part of the Proactive approach adopted by the Ministry of Shipping by repealing Archaic Colonial laws and replace it with Modern and Contemporary needs of the Marina industry.
It's a Great Mission to help the Mariners and local Fisherman to navigate safely in the Indian Water.

Respected Sir,
Senior citizens i. e. old people of our country should be given respect heartily. We should treat them sympathetically and affectionately so that they will live the rest of their days peacefully. They have spent their maximum time for the development of our country. We should provide them shelter, food, clothes, free health and pilgrimage facility so that they will feel them valuable for our society and will work for its development physically and mentally

To promote digital India and encourage ship owners/stake holders It's required to adopt revolutionary system of easing sea trade .
My suggestion-
1.Issuance of Online Port Clearance
2.Digital Sea Customs
3.Android /iOS application /web platform Arrival-Departure clearance , application and status.
4.Must have an SPRO(Spill Response Officer) of all FG ship like US have Qualified Individual , China have SPRO .
This all will bring transperancy in system and prohibit corrupt practices.

Since the history time INDIAN coast are very important for trade and bussinness.
I want to say that in these area not only our force should be active to watch over the illegal trade and terrorist activities but also There should be a suitable path for the international worker, trader to come in INDIA and invest there ideas and industry to boost the INDIAN economy.
There should be flexibility for trading
Thank you
