Honourable Sir, Navigation is a most essential thing for the safety of our country. We should monitor the movement and other activities of commercial as well as defence ships of our country and other countries so that our country will not be endangered and disturbed. Our coast guards should have a vigilant eye and they should ready to face any unwanted problem so that we can live safely. Modern equipments, boats, weapons, radars are to be supplied to them.
