Future development of human civilisation is within the water because land space is almost used, so further development will be in the sea. So blue economy is the future economy of any nation of this world.

Respected PM shri Narendra Modi, sir I have noticed that the public transport buses causes much more air pollution than the normal other vehicles because they don't have filter in their vehicle's smoke exhaust pipe, which other normal vehicles have.I suggest you to attach filter in the smoke exhaust pipe of public transport buses as it causes too much pollution
In our environment.

P.M sir, It’s great to see your emphasis on development of coastal area. We cannot just depend on coast guard and coastal state police as they work with extreme disinterest. The only way to make Indian coast line secure and prosperous is to construct coastal highway along the sea line at each and every inch.We must also be aware of security threat of our porous coast line where 70%of coastal land is owned by Muslims who are so easily manipulated.Coastal road all over will provide security too

Blue economy means economic activity which is related to water way of transport.in my view seaport should be related to river water port.second better infrastructure facility in Port area for trade.third port city should be totally controlled by central government.fourth port area should be developed as a export hub.fifth port should be established in under developed place .shipping industry should be promoted on large scale.

Mangrove & Coconut farming will bring prosperity. Wind power generation, solar power units, tourism etc. further opens doors of prosperity. Shipping opens doors of trade and tourism. Sea mining is also lucrative. Non vegetarian sea-foods have huge demand, but this resource should be used in harmony with Nature, Biodiversity, etc. There are scopes of Spirulina farming, algal foods, etc. Old ships can be used for farming, research and can be sold for accommodation and rent. Submarines has scopes.
