privatization is good in some sectors. But health services, rail services, bus services banks should be under control of Government for proper service to the common man. Because of nationalised banks large number of poor people could open their accounts in banks, rail service in India is cheapest & best in the world & poor man can get good health services free of cost. This would have not been possible in private sectors.

The draft policy on Blue Economy, on the other hand, focuses on coastal marine spatial planning, island tourism, marine fisheries through deep-sea mining, aquaculture, shipping, fish processing and offshore energy. Security and strategic dimensions through international engagement are also one of its key components.

This is a right step to take advantage of natural perimeter available to India. Currently, we are mostly using Air and Road Transport , if we use travel using water - we can save huge time, energy and fuel cost. This will enhance economic development of towns associated with these route ( the way Road Development has increased ecomony of associated towns), the issues of land acquisition will not arise and cost of development will be minimal. Book by Dr Sekhar on Blue Economy is useful

It could well be the next multiplier of GDP and well-being, provided sustainability and socio-economic welfare are kept center-stage. Therefore, India's draft blue economy policy is envisaged as a crucial framework towards unlocking the country's potential for economic growth and welfare

There is the great Himalayan range up North, the Deccan plateaus, lush green plains and much more. India is the only country that has a subcontinent and an ocean named after it. If you want some pleasant weather during the summer months, there is always Jammu and Kashmir and various other places up North. If you want a pleasant weather during the winter, there is Tamil Nadu and places down South to choose fro

Development along coastline should be such that maximum benefit can be taken of marine resources at the same time giving minimum harm to marine biodiversity. Weather conditions and various biological processes of marine species should be taken into account.
It can be temporal -spatial depending on specific conditions.

Dear Sir,
The first and foremost care has to be conducted for coastal areas protection. The good step to be taken to construct tourism places in sea and ocean at 22 km away from seashore. That tourism places should be equipped with floating solar power and wind power. Everybody should plan to travel tourism places inside sea or ocean once in a year. Once tourism starts then everyone would be aware about the ecological condition and economic growth thought through with our country protection.
