The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified as an overarching skills regulator on 5th December 2018 vide notification No. SD-17/113/2017-E&PW. The NCVET is responsible for regulating the functioning of entities engaged in vocational education and training, both long & short-term, and establish minimum standards for the functioning of such entities.

NCVET has also been mandated to carry out following functions pertaining to grievance redressal:
a. Provide redressal to aggrieved person (s) against any listed grievances relating to the functioning of the recognized bodies under the aegis of the NCVET.

It intends to provide clarity on end-to-end processes of the grievance redressal mechanism. The guidelines also aim to describe the expected / possible outcomes of the grievance redressal.

Subject:- digital india People will have faith in Digital India only if we first increase our cyber security to create a Digital India. If he is cheated once, he will consider this digital system useless and will not trust it. So we should focus on our banking system and cyber security.

Cyber crime is on the rise because our police do not catch criminals quickly. if caught, cyber crime will be much less and even those who are thinking of cyber thinking that if we do cyber, the police will catch and punish them from anywhere. The cyber cell and some of the police in the area are very slow or have joined hands with the criminals so the criminals are exempted, and so the cyber crime is on the rise. Which is a complex problem. I request you to think and take strict action…🙏

cyber crime is rampant. Please stop cyber crime,I don't have much knowledge of banking but if this can happen then cyber crime can be prevented, Money deposited in the bank can be withdrawn only after 24 hours even if no complaint is received on the deposited money within 24 hours, and if the amount to be withdrawn is equal to the amount already deposited in the account. If cyber happens, the account holder will inform the bank so that the bank can stop the transaction.

grievance comes because of two things 1) corruption 2) negligence of subject by officer concerned. so, the mechanism to cover, registery of complaint record, have both private and government sector officer concerned name and mobile number with escalation matrix ( of the official concerned is not reachable) every complaint to have TAT.at each level like corporate. once the TAT is crossed, the next officer to come in and take action. government cal centre to do recon with the complainant

the worst thing in country is that corruption is not a matter of guilt, shane, crime but appreciated as smartness. people prefer to go for JUGAAD and if it doesn't work then at last , work in right direction, honesty. hence all trainers people in power, govt employees should get training first for honesty, nationalism, empathy, hard work. when trainer is honest like Dr Kalam, Ratan Tata, Bhagat Singh the country of 1.3bn people can train world,,, why, only India. then no need for grievance.
