इस कार्य के लिए जो भी डिजिटल एप्प या अन्य कोई भी पालटफॉर्म बनाया जाए उसमे यह सुविधा अवश्य दे कि कोई भी अपनी शिकायत , आग्रह या अर्जी दे उसे एकनॉलेज मिले , उनका निवेदन कहाँ तक पहुँचा, उस पर कब तक कार्य पूरा हो सकेगा , इन बातों की सूचना उनके निजी मोबाइल या मेल पर उपडेट मिलता रहे ।

There’s need of citizen charter for real grievances redressal. Otherwise we keep writing, nothing happens at all. What’s the point giving suggestions when our suggestions are not even mentioned anywhere

Most important, we have to work on proper implementation of the plan. Only building mechanism for addressing certain issues are not enough. Timely checking and inspection will help more in implementing it and make it a success.
