Sir, I think salary pay of the teachers should be increased in our country. They should be given incentives to improve there skill set in teaching ....teachers are to be prepared as such they teach there students every subject in an holistic point of view with ethics , morals , environment , effects of life , culture of it .because people shld understand that when human and environment are in balance then peace are ensured..so holistic approach of teaching in required

Respected Sir,
Aajkal Teachers Kitna Bhi Sikhaye Har Ek Baccha Tuition Chala Hi Jata He. Is Liye NPST Ke Tahat Ye Sunischit Kare Ki Teachers Bacchon Ko Is Tarah Sikhaye Aur Is Tarah Self Confident Banaye Ki Koi Bhi Student Tuition Ke Liye Hajaro Rupya Kharch Na Kare.
Jai Hind Sir

-Ask them to take a topic for self-learning.
-Give them assignments that need a lot of research, reading and analytical skills.
-Conduct debates, seminars and talks for the students.
-Ask them to create a questionnaire from their syllabus.
-Encourage them to ask questions.

If the teacher takes a weekly test, students will read more carefully in classroom.
They will feel that this teacher will give exam every week, if the marks come less then it will be bad for us.

They no longer see their primary role as being the king or queen of the classroom, a benevolent dictator deciding what's best for the powerless underlings in their care. They've found they accomplish more if they adopt the role of educational guides, facilitators, and co-learners.

Vidhyanjali volunteers should be compulsorily introduced in schools where they are available. This should make mandatory. This can bring a big change in our education of our country.
