Sir, myself being a veteran fm IAF inducted in Feb 1989 by passing tech exam & served as a rado tech whole 20yrs fm a young man to a middle aged man where we RDO tech did not get an opportunity to upgrade as radio fitter & later also further downgraded by our planning & policy makers; now making many assurances for upcoming "Agnipath & Agniveer" is putting us into a certain dilemma that after Pm Modi tenure what would happen to them as I have seen to all group two tech trades in IAF. Though I am a very very small man talking very big which is not supposed to so but in NYP there must be Dynamism for all aspirations, be it an officer or sepoy that India i visualise often for all. My Pm has blundered & got bold by angniveer case by our defence policy makers mostly generals & high up executives bcz in first place this new scheme must be a parallel one with regular recruitments as Short service commission is going on with PC but Pm Modiji could not grasp it as he has not engaged with PBOR.

1) Recognizes the urgency of challenges posed by climate change for the youth generation so they can contribute by participating in environment measures. 2) Examine whether 12 to 29 years olds are in good health with healthy nutrition & reduced psychological stress. If not, let youth policy covers it. 3) Young people may be demanding more freedom in terms of free places & time for self-determination as everyday life is becoming more intense due to the pressure to perform. Please see how you can include as measure in youth policy. 4) Inspire young educated people to become interested in politics (which currently they avoid). Please have Youth policy to be enthusiastic about democracy for better civic engagement where voices or opinions of young people can be heard. 5) Aim to improve dialogue between young people & politicians. 6) Please strengthen intercultural openness, social integration & media’s literacy for young people. 7) Have National Monitoring on no. of youth volunteering.

Sir, I have not known previous NYP of govts of any political party but I have gone through youth experiences by self & others so I decide to share.1-youths r full of energy & dreams to channelise that vibrant energy is needed at micro & macro level.2- That youthful energy to be nourished +vely with proper aim & direction having no ambiguity in planning & executing.3-Parents, teachers, societies must bar politics to poison youths' mind during their growing up stages but a slow induction to the practicality & reality to be made with some experiences in a stage wise manner.4-Education is a must as it is the backbone foundation of all human on which humanity would rest later on so teachers' integrity is uncompromising.5-Every school in india must have a ex-military teacher who would raise the spirit of youth both bodily & mentally for nation.6-myself only seen decaying of values in youth so far bcz youths r not experienced enough to discriminate good & bad as rapid tech changes r happening

-Control growing population which may decrease deforestation and maintain our economic status.
-Make people aware for our future generation due to growing pollution (CFC, river & noise pollution, plythin etc.) which increase lifespan of organism.
-Government take strict actions on corrupt officials and reduce the taxes which is imposed on daily uses things which helps poor people to survive.
-In education people got government gobs on the basis of their talent & skills not on the basis of their marits.
Freedom is our fundamental rights but in many stages this is not followed by the people.
