e-Court facilities have to be extended to the left-behind parents of Indian origin and victims of international parental child abductions living abroad to file cases and argue as a party in person without the necessity for personal appearance in the Indian Courts, thus saving time, energy, and resources.

For Child custody cases, There should be time limit defined to come to conclusion. At current pace of courts, Child grows to a considerable age and he/she ends up in missing love and care of separated parent. Also during lock down, courts should give interim direction to all the applicants to have telephone/ video call to the child so that proper communication is maintained between separated parent and child.

In respect of child custody cases fought between wife and husband, shared parenting should be made mandatory for the welfare of the children for their balanced and holistic growth and development by care, company, communication, and comfort of both the parents and children.

Closed Circuit Cameras should be installed in all the Courts of India to view the proceedings of the Courts, thus facilitating accountability, transparency, efficiency in the performance, and orderly conduct of the clients, judicial staff, lawyers, and judges, thereby infusing the confidence, trust and hope to the people of India and abroad over entire Judicial System.

1. Virtual hearings should start in all district courts, currently only 1 district court in india has started virtual learning. Officers and IT teams should be deployed to support virtual infrastructure to keep it constantly running. This will ensure time bound action of cases. Currently cases are running for years because of insufficient infrastructure causing border on judiciary.
2. Please collect data of false cases to help amend laws which are being misused, example 498a (legal TERORRISM).
