The court procedure of submitting written statement, application in domestic violence cases be done online through courts.
The only stage for physical appearance for the applicant and respondent should be active court processes only, such as evidence and trial stages.
1. Orders are not being uploaded in court website. It should be uploaded within 2 working days.
2. The order copy downloaded from website should be accepted for appeal, review, revision, etc.

Recording of statement should be done online and during recording of statement it should be visible to the litigant who is giving statement.
The approved wakalatnama should be visible to litigants online with registration number of Advocates.
Online System should be made available for filing complaint against judges and court staff.

1. Don’t pass interim maintenance to wife blindly and without considering the situation of husband including possibility that the case filled by wife can be false.
2. The judiciary process should be entirely paperless and done through eCourts.

6. Have at time bound limit to amount interim maintenance. Court case is not husbands responsibility.
