1.All document submitted by complainant or petitioner or by respondent should be updated online atleast either party can access the what type of paper submitted till date
2.Redpondent should have get a chance to show her presence virtualy by biometric attendance if he/she is not able to attend the court date
3. There must be CCTV installation at every court
4. Respendent should get a chance to file a reply in predefined format which is decided by court
5 the working email address of allcourt

The court procedure of submitting written statement, application in domestic violence cases be done online through courts.
The only stage for physical appearance for the applicant and respondent should be active court processes only, such as evidence and trial stages.

आदरणीय प्रधान सेवक जी, नमस्कार,मेरा ये निवेदन है कि कोरोनाकाल में दवाइयों, सर्जीकल सामान और लेब टेस्टिंग प्रक्रिया की बहुत कालाबाजारी हुई है,मेरी सलाह है आपदा काल से पहले ही इन सभी सेवाओं के लिए कड़े कानून बनने चाहिए.तब ही जनता का पैसा लुटने से बच सकता है.अन्यथा बाद में सख्ती करने से कुछ नहीं होता जनता तो लुट चुकी होती है.कालाबाजारी करने वाले भी सतर्क हो जाते हैं. इसलिए सरकार को कालाबाजारी करने वालों पर तुरंत अंकुश लगा कर उनको जीवनभर के लिए जेल भेजना चाहिए.
