It should be transparent , reliable, accessible , easy operational and error free . It should have different wings for different cases, simple rules for common man to understand and brief explanation about section of law when it was clicked and searched by the clients for information sake

A simple ,user-friendly app/technical platform like rail samachar should be made available in an offline and online mode for the clients. Ut should be simple in operation and usage and in anywhere.

Filing of online complaints by the clients directly to the court should be made available with a given formats and procedure. It's filing procedure should be made simple and self explanatory to the clients in case they want to file directly and personally. A clear guidance manual with formats should be designed for the sake of convenience.

Accessibility should be increased. It should reach the unreached in the society. We should make it a familiar /well known project to all clients.Many clients don't know the e-courts facility.Number of Users shouod be increased. In all courts and legal agencies , the information about this project should be made available prominently

e^courts project should be an error free and accurate. Otherwise the basic principle behind it cannot be served.It should reach to the common man then only it will become a successful one.

Technically and operationally in procedure, e-courts process should be user-friendly, speedy, easy, simple and convenient to the most of the users/clients. Standard procedure for operation and short span for search,simple guidelines , user manual etc should be made available
