Sir, I would like put the following regarding the draft:
1) Could please include the Watsapp or SMS integration so that litigant /Advocate can get all the information about case on Mobile phones.
2) Include a standard affidavits, templates/draft copies for filing complaints across online, it will help citizens. this is like going to bank taking appropriate form like opening account, withdrawal, deposit, cheque issue and just filling n submiiting. Thanks

As on June 1, 58,669 cases were pending in the Supreme Court.
Suggestion:(1). Compile Minutest details of all cases in Software ;
(2). Group/ sort them For different COMBINATIONS (like IPC - sec 302,307,309,376 etc), Sec 138 Negotiable in separate buckets on the basis of Law(
3). Take up each bucket , Since the crime / event is already done in PAST - Hence only supporting documents , witnesses are required.
Close them in 6-12 months. It will give message to criminals

More importantly AI can identify Repeat Offernders and Patterns of Modus Operandi etc in shorterst way when delivering the justice . So Video Conent Analytics can be used to quikly investigate or evaluate the case .. 10000 of hours video can be analyzes with in matter of seconds accurtely

Use of AI based Question Framing or Context Tree can be effectively done by Knowledge Graph and Natial Language Processing . in E Courts Application System , Context Tree or Question Tree can be quicily developed by the Case Documents and Other relavaent Documetns . This would gretely enhahe the Witness Examiniantion effectiveness .

Education of IndiaN Judicial Ssyetms can be integrated with the School level about the Courts and the Powers . how to use the E Courts Application by the Students etc can be done . This woudl greately enhance the speed of the justice delivery

Real Time COnnection of Banking System , Tax Systems with E Courts NHAI Fast Tag Systems and Other Systems . E COurts Application Can be in real time connected with Various Data SOurces such as VAAHAN , IncomeTax , NHAI etc . With the Permission of the Parties the Data can be extracted for Case Analysis by Judical Officers . For Example Contract Disputes for Services Level Agreeemnets can be analyzied quickly in such cases .
