Hon,ble sir
Implement of e.courts project at 3rd stage in our country.
it is very important to amend our laws according to procedures used and applied to new latest technology for recording of evidence , pronouncement of orders, judgements, etc.
Before the judicial officers as per Evidence act it is necesaary to speedy dispose of cases in justifying to a common man to reach natural justice as per law is very important in my opinion, then only it will helpful to justify cases before law.

Further to my suggestion.
1 alll courts shall be integrated
2similar cases shall be categorised, so as to give immediate judgement by refering them.
3. Earlier judgements in similar cases shall be made available and cases can be closed in speedy manner.
4. Cases , proceedings and judgements shall be made available to clients/parties
5. Evidences shall be made available
6. Photo/ vedio/ third party evidances can be integrated
