It is a long needed initiative and it shall be helpful in disposing of the long pending cases in a quick and efficient manner. I would like to suggest some measures which will be helpful in early disposal of cases.
1) presently, the cases are lingered on unnecessarily by postponing the hearing date and the cases are dragged on for years. In this regard only one or two chances should be given to either parties and that too on valid grounds and on production valid proof.

Sir,
Being an advocate, I have the first hand experience of the functioning of courts through virtual system. These are few of the pointers which may be considered:
1. Establishing a better network (private network like Jio and Airtel in place of BSNL as in place in Kolkata)
2. Documents in all existing matters, old and new should be digitised.
3. A better platform should be opted for by the Courts like Cisco-Webex instead of GoogleMeet.
4. Virtual courts should be promoted to implement it.
