Respected PM Sir, in the view of the third phase of e court, all the verdicts and documentation should be esigned through the software based system where access is given to beurocrats and appealant and defender.Further the online systems should be developed with passwords given to both to view and comment if required through the lawyers. Further in court corridors through online display and through software the cases should be conducted and displayed. both parties can give presentations on pptx

1.For criminal case who are in jail ok, becaus e from jail police should bring them to court, in this we may avoid that.
2. Family dispute should be avoided to e court
because there is a chancess of problem solving by mutualy if they come to court.
3.business dispute ok for e court.
4. CIVIL DISPUTES OK FOR E COURT BECAUSE LOT OF DOCUMATATUON IS THERE TO VERIFY.
5.WHEN WITNESS REQUIRED THEY SHOULD BE ATTEND ONLY IN COURT.
6.HOW E COURT WORKS FOR POOR PEOPLE.

Bar Council registers LL.B qualified (passed). students as Advocate. For registration students visit state BCI and submit huge fee, submits huge documents, requests the authorities for registration as advocate. It has not made online, candidates must visit BCI office and deposit money through DD and cash. Yes, cash payment mandatory for registration. Why new system is not developed so that eligible students can register online by paying fee online. BCI should be advised to look into.
