Online Court and ODR mechanisms are the best idea. It will work effectively in urban area. Virtual court is todays and futures demand. Unless skilled and computer savvy staff are not selected and importance of concept of this project is not explaoned to the lawyers, phase III would not give optimum result. Continuous and uninterrupted electric supply is oxygen of online service. Courts should not depend on ineffective diesel generator. Backup should be available from UPS-Battary to all computers

I feel eCourt project is a must for a highly populated country like India. Some people oppose the eCourt conception on the ground that most people are not computer savvy or at least software literature. We have introduced ID cards and now even an illiterate person does have an ID card. E court system will be a win win for every body as savings will be there on every front. We should not accept the wrong conception of late Shri Joty Bose (former CM of WB)that computer will kill job opportunity

Sir, from that superiority of individuals holding great posts whose decisions affect common masses get destroyed of rationality and lead country towards darkness. our justice system's belief that let hundred culprits get freed but one innocent should not be punished is a complete mis-notion which does not fit to modern accountability. it means one day all Scott free culprits would rule on common masses. in india I am sure that I won't get justice in any case as my status a veteran sepoy brings.

it's a revolutionary step by Indian Judiciary and Government of India in behalf of the public interest, but I would like to draw your attention as it should put in mind that most of government's websites are either not in the working condition properly or they are made so complicated to understand deliberately.
if there is really a responsible approach to this project then India will get speedy development otherwise it will be same as deceptive as :
Namami Gange Project of Center.
