It's a good achievement provided justice is given within time frame.if just Ice is delayed it is as good as denied.there should be no involvement of lawyers who purposely delay the justice system by not attending or join hands with the opposite party's lawyer

I had observed that, on low level many cases are their where victims for middle lower or lower class families are not being heard by the officials and being bullied too.
But this kind of online application are helpful to the public and more of this kind will be great for Indian people and criminals and high level accused will be held easily under law

nice, I need the courts to take attention on COVID violators, and many people who are damaging public places like bathrooms and railways. the most important part is encroaching s lakes and destroying arable land and heavy pollution by factories

before implementation of ecourts make the normal courts run atleast 12hrs a day.And all the petty cases in normal court must be transferred to e courts like traffic, appartment problems(which doesn't belong property)Robbery, bill of exchange cases. And in normal courts all the cases regarding land and politician cases must be on fastly closed. And increase the no. of judges and size of courts. In ecourts I feel assistant mro or cto officiers are more than enough to verify a case instead of judge.
