Actually a big population of India is illiterate. Numerous of us are not aware of internet. So all of us will be depend on advocates , policeman or on other technical person. So only very much crucial criminal cases may be heard through this.

According to the current situations and looking at the digital improvement in modern India E couts can be a great accomplishment for those who are elderly and finds its tough to reach court as well as it will also help toh increase in closing the no. of cases delayed.

As long as the courts have lesser holidays and more productive days where judgement is announced, without the trap of lawyers and judges and touts everything is fine
It's mostly the poor who suffer at the hands of court cases and the whims of justices, rich can employ expensive lawyers to appear for them, it's the poor who have to leave everything and travel miles to appear on hearings. Please spare them. If e-courts is going to be the norm, it could be the chowpal / panchayat or sewa kendras

Ministry of Earth Sciences has invited suggestions on the Draft Blue Economy Policy for India. The Draft Blue Economy Policy document outlines the vision and strategy that can be adopted by the government to utilize the oceanic resources available in the country.
