as corona has forced the courts of the country to adopt a new way of working, similarly the schools are closed too in many parts, l have a suggestion that the female workforce may let be asked to stay at home where as the working hours of the males may be increased. specially whose spouse is in government jobs.
this will reduce the anger of others.
moreover children and older people require great care.
so female workers may please be allowed not to attend the offices.
thanks.

1) previous case details with summary such as case no, noumber of hearing and judgement given to be mentioned if they move to higher court.
2) a simple eviction case has taken 8years in lower court, hence there should be check and balance with SOP having definite time frame for each task or type of case or else court has become heaven to get time and culprit are enjoying without any justice, a saying Justice delayed is Justice denied

I have had instances where we needed to go to court for every detail. Phase 3 is a good initiative but it should be clear that which cases should be virtually held and which is of significant importance. Also steps to let local people understand the law in their local language are crucial for democracy which is as significant as the law. A digital platform for lawyers is also needed for proper transparency of information like how many cases successfully solved, how many are pending, and how many

Paperless as far possible, system is discussed. In addition I would suggest minimum use of wood in buildings of Hon. Courts. That would highly affect carbon footprint positively.

All documents in soft form can be made bilingual that is in English and in Hindi with no effort with current technology. This would get understand and educate more citizens on judicial proceedings and their just course of action. This would be in addition to the various compliances under the Rajbhasha Adhiniyam. Needless to say that will boost nationa pride also.

It is pertinent to audit civil and electrical infrastructure of buildings of hon. courts before full fledgling the imposition of electronic ecosystem. It can ensure electrical and civil requirements for digital ecosystem. After the ecosystem is commissioned it will be very difficult to make elecrical, civil, wan, fire safety related, sub power station/DG set etc related changes or otherwise they will look shabby and also not cost effective.

In connection with e Committee of the Supreme Court I have only one suggestion is as follow.
Make District Level court from MTS , Court staff and Judges fully computer savry, then it will take minimum time for
upper courts to decide the case and reduce the pendency.
