It is not always courts where delay is caused.
Lawyers find lacunae in laws to cause delay.
Nirbhaya case example is well known where Supreme Court has ordered hanging, mercy petition rejected by President of India but still lawyers kept filing petitions on this ground or other for months.
Even law minister had to express regret in matter.
As it was a high profile case, culprits were hanged ultimately.
But it exposed the weakness of systems.
Can eCourts help in such cases?

Sir
Now a days every person had I D proofs like Aadhar.etc.So instruction may be given to every citizen of India link their Mobile.number in it.
Most of the courts cases are pending for want of issue of summons to parties.through post or bailiff from court process is going on now.it is causing more delay in issue of court notices.
E.courts may be helpful to complete this process without any delay by sending messages to their mobile may be legalized as per evidence act.

My view is to appoint more judges whether Retired on contract to hear all pending cases in Honble SC and High Courts in a time bound phase either through Digitization or otherwise so that everyone should get justice in their life. Mycase in Honble High Court of P&H pending since 1998 and have no hope to get judgement of that and other cases regarding Medical facilities and EPF Pension to Retired employees since 2012 being Retired. Rightly said Judgement delayed means judgement denied

Like I-Tax payer faceless problem solving online mechanism, this method must be adopted in judicial system with time limit period.
Mainly in many criminal cases where many peoples undelebately blamed then fixed main accused or one
responsibal person only should phijically present till court verdict.
