to inhance the productivity of judiciary
in e-court launch a app or site where
where the layman direct accessibility
to know the facts, this will leads to transperant/accountable & easier to flow justice
or in short between parties include app elements court/police/party/lawyer ets
-even reduce pending cases those who r interested cn do work at weekend
-those intention clearly shown that file cases nothing but waste of court time
must put fine
-who knows law maximum misuse/misguide it

The present position of Judiciary to get justice, for public is not accessible easily, since cases are pending for years and decades, for different reasons in courts. This serious matter of making justice to people at times not done in their life time, so people lose faith, in the system. People will be happy to get justice early and will not go for private settlements, which may cause lawlessness in the society.

All cases should have time frame and judgement should be pronounced within time frame.
Similar to IT faceless assessment, all procedural steps should be completed in ecourt. All question answers, sumissions should be made online seamlessly and preliminary report should be generated with mentioning timeline
All backlog cases should be dealt by separately by group of retd judges assisted by legal officers to clean up system fastly.

by e-court why not apply
UCC &to put uniformity into cases
one language must be there
u know what
there r necessary one language
cause when any case approach 2 court
it goes through diffirent mindset
means to say that judges got transferred then again u/new observation & judges also r human being upbringing from the sem society
so the english or one national language
will help to understand layman also
&those who knows the law misuse it
or layman didn't Idea about it
how cn get justice

eCourt is a must in India in view of sluggish, ineffective judicial system of India. Every court should have the facility of teleconferencing so that petitioner/respondent can participate during courtroom hearings. Past one year, every Indian citizen got used to in virtual meetings, so people can virtually lodge their presence in the courtroom. Court records are also not updated in eCourt...matter of shame. To common citizen, judiciary is total hopeless, eCourt can be implemented asap.
