Implement Mobile e.courts for speedy disposal of minor cases in every part of our country to save the time and money.
It will helpful to judicial officiers to save their time and to stop the delay in disposing cases.

Sir
it is a good idea in implementation e.courts in India and it will help full all cases which are pending in various courts.
My opinion cases are pending for want of evidence to record before judicial officiers for early disposal of cases in various courts .
After implementation of e.courts information technology may be used in recording the evidence of the parties by way of biometric methods in every court to simplify record of evidence and Indian Evidence act may be amended accordingly.

This would be beneficial for both improving the court processes and rendering citizen-centric services. e-courts will make the justice delivery system affordable, transparent, speedy and accountable by limiting the paper filings. It will bring in a justice serving mechanism that is transparent, efficient, affordable, time saving, protects the interests of witnesses, reduces the backlog of pending cases and most importantly reduces the number of unscrupulous activities.

China has best ICT based court system.
Minor issues like Non-payment of Rent gets resolved without a lawyer in few days time.
~ Register your complaint through Mobile or WhatsApp
~ Based on Complaint Court will ask you to submit few documents - Standardised list of documents type of complaint
~ Opposition lawyer will try for out of court settlement with you
~ If not accepted by you, court will give judgement within few days.

Standardize Documents & Processes through Parliament Law - such as Tenant Model Law. Now, every state government has their own law.
Business transactions should have standard template and set of Documents.
Judgement can be given based on Set of documents submitted in a single sitting without any lawyers - Judgement based on documents submitted.

Our West Bengal Election 2021
The toilets and kitchens that have been set up temporarily for the stay and use of Central Force should not be destroyed for the time being even after the polls are over. The way the corona has spread can be useful to ordinary people.
