To get best E-courts in the country we need a best software to handle the load and to prepare a team of people expert in handling work related to web. The best way to start will be at grass root level not in city but from villages where knowledge of law is not at par.
Biggest problem with any system to work effectively every time is that there is no person to give quick remedies for the problem faced. We may make this but due to any error the person gets disconnected a third person should be in

existing e court application has a good potential for upgrading to a new level, inorder improve further common man require to get virtual guides on how to fill up forms followup the cases, what are the category how to choose some or find open source faq for finding suggestions, clearing doubts and to find good lawyer from a group of person by chating to them.
for making it truely powerful the app must support native languages as well as voice input support in native language

Every village to have access to legal aid.Fresh graduates to be deployed to villages for 6 months in the name of internship under the guidance of senior advocates. When we have got something from the society, we should give back to the society this way. After this internship, the law graduates should be enrolled for practice. Anyways the judiciary is going to be digitised. Make use of young population and provide legal services to each and every village. collaboration with anganvadi will be good

Standardize Documents & Processes through Parliament Law - such as Tenant Model Law. Now, every state government has their own law.
Business transactions should have standard template and set of Documents.
Judgement can be given based on Set of documents submitted in a single sitting without any lawyers - Judgement based on documents submitted.

Computerisation is NOT Digital Courts
"Digital Transformation" means
~ Looking at User(lawyer, common man, judge etc) interaction with Court system
~ Optimising process with "Design Thinking"
~ Use right technology (location, sensor, AI etc) to optimize experience
UPI & IndiaStack great example in Finance Sector.UPI is World's Best Payment System with ZERO cost transactions within seconds
Can we have JudicialStack based on "Design Thinking" & IndiaStack (https://www.indiastack.org)
