My Dear Fearless PM
Pranam
I believe that Covid is not the matter of afraid,it is the matter of self protection and nothing else. Pls manage adequate quantity of vaccines in urban as well as rural and remote areas.
Now sending of vaccines to other countries should be stopped.

This would be beneficial for both improving the court processes and rendering citizen-centric services. e-courts will make the justice delivery system affordable, transparent, speedy and accountable by limiting the paper filings. It will bring in a justice serving mechanism that is transparent, efficient, affordable, time saving, protects the interests of witnesses, reduces the backlog of pending cases and most importantly reduces the number of unscrupulous activities.

Sir,
Delay in court decision is due to documents submitted by both parties who try to manipulate their documents. Every government order should have unique id, whether it is at state level or center level. Any Gazetted officer should submit their order with unique id to their concerned Deptt on daily basis. It will also reduce corruption and more transparency will occur . These unique id should be accessible to the court, clients. It will save time of court.

e courts are a great idea to settle pending cases during these challenging times but its equally required that related parties work in time bound manner and deliver solutions for making life easier and process simpler. This step can go a long way and later when things will be normal, it can reduce burden of huge unsolved cases on our judicial system .
