E-court project should be linked with aadhar enabled system. Also must provision to set up performance critera for judicial officer. The accountability of judiciary be must on public portal. Every citizen has to right to defend their case personally with virtual mode. Body camera for policemen must be necessary and assume on duty only if they wear it. Indian Evidence act should be also revised as per technology and followed with developed country.

This draft Vision Document outlines an inclusive, agile, open, and user-centric vision for courts in Phase III of the e-Courts Project. Phase III envisions digital courts that deliver justice as a service to all, beyond simply replicating offline processes digitally.

karma param dharma - should be followed strictly
justice should be for public
India is popular for its beliefs, culture
and every moral belief must carry a lawful step that would only be followed by giving justice through any method
BUT IT MUST BE DONE
