People shall be made aware that eCourts and Fast Track Courts are different.
Due to digitisation, computers and networking, accuracy of judgement and efficiency of courts will increase.
eCourts would improve deliveralability of the courts in general.
Whereas, fast track courts is set for particular crime. Every case is not supposed to be heared in fast track courts.
