Why orders given by Hon'ble SC are not implemented by state governments effectively to protect the rights of a civilian. Usually alone people whether if it's an orphan or a student or any citizen who prefer to live alone are being mostly target by the society due to which police takes great disadvantage of their helplessness. I am afraid to say that inmost cases it has been observed police involvement is seen to encourage crime and supporting criminals.

Can't we make such strict laws against police arbitrary by implementing laws where it may become mandatory for the cops to carry spy cams or video records before they might proceed to investigate or arrrest someone regarding any criminal offence in order reduce police brutality. Where they took an individual unnecessarily to the police station and beats him up with cruelty. Spread nuisance among public and terrorise people.

One thing I never understood if it's already mentioned under our constitution that except non-bailable offence it's totally illegal to arrest a person without court's order or prior notice then why government is not able to take strict actions against corrupt cops arbitrary. As it's already mentioned in Article-21 it's a violation of fundamental rights. Then why we read in newspapers everyday about police brutality over common individuals.

There's an app called nyay bandhu app for those who can't afford expenses of legal services. But, do government really realise that what's the reality behind this noble service whether people are able to afford such services without any exploitation or not ?

I am very much shameful to say this but unfortunately truth is always bitter, those who can't afford the expenses of legal services and a good lawyer they are being being harassed, exploited and misguided by those corrupt lawyers who demands for bribery from them. And if the plantiff refuses to pay money to those goverment lawyers and clerks they misconduct their knowledge and powers in order to mislead their clients from the case.

SIr,
Ref: https://www.msn.com/en-in/news/other/e-courts-may-let-cases-be-filed-24-7-from-anywhere/ar-BB1fCtiL?ocid=msedgntp
When I gave complaint to Maharashtra SHRC within one year of the boy's death that there is need to probe boy's death, the SHRC deliberately registered wrong complaint that I went Missing in order to prevent probe.
Please remove MIDDLE MEN from E-Courts. Please SIMPLIFY the process of Filing case.
SHRC is supposed to SIMPLIFY but they are not helping.
