Suggestions:
- Please allow publically elected judges( from a list of qualifying people after exams, and all have to appear every 2 years) for a period of two years; these will be for special low authority ecourts.
- Many small disputes are strait forward, can be solved in hours; for this there can be seperate low authority judges.
- Allocate a decision time window/Bucket for each dispute, with accountability set to judges.
- Set Rs 5000 per hour fee for hearing dispute and judgement.

In this era of technological developments, communications through mobile phones and internet has become very easy. Compromises and Negotiations are part of our life. In negotiations, many conflict arise for which people knocks the door of the court. Court should be technically advanced in using technology for quick settlements of issues. Phone call data and email/whats-app data should be accessible for court proceedings. Judges can send there judgment through emails.
