If Phase III of the eCourts project envisions a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient
and equitable for every individual who seeks justice, or is part of the delivery of justice, in India.
Please add attach copy in ecourt judicial system for better, useful or advanced programs

Sir/Mamwith due regard I would like to suggest that all the consumer courts, Tribunals etc be also tagged with eCourts services so as to make it an exhaustive platform and more importantly judges on leave part may be updated pro-actively. Further I would suggest that in miscellaneous matters option may be given for virtual hearing or courts can take up miscellaneous matters till 11:30 via virtual hearings and thereafter arguments/evidence matters be taken up in regular court. Thank you sir/Mam

Respected sir,
This is a good and absolutely right decision. It's also beneficial for poor people who can't afford huge amount for their case. It is also beneficial for farmers because they can not get disturbance in farming during cropping season.

Sir,
CAG Report, AICTE Chairman Statement, Order on Appeal, CIC Order and PIL are attached.
PIL was submitted to the Telangana High Court AFTER the Hon'ble Executive Chairman of the Bengaluru HCLSC rejected my request for legal aid on the grounds that I'm not related to the deceased NITK Student Anand Pathak. The Bombay High Court staff sent my Grievance BACK to Karnataka High Court Registrar General though the boy was from Maharashtra. Telangana High Court staff took NO ACTION. What to do?

At present, during this corona period, we should take the presence of applicants and applicants in the court through the online line and based on the documents, the time limit in the case should be constrained and the case must also be run through the fast deck court. And for this, examination should be held every year to appoint judges.
