At present, during this corona period, we should take the presence of applicants and applicants in the court through the online line and based on the documents, the time limit in the case should be constrained and the case must also be run through the fast deck court. And for this, examination should be held every year to appoint judges.

There is need to totally forget the old methodology of physical appearance / running of the Courts as taught to us by Britishers.
We need to change the Courts workings to just like MNC or Corporate Working. Online appearance of all stack holders; time-bound resolutions; roles & responsibilities of all stack holders. Courts need to move out - closer to the stack holders rather than just sitting in one place & wait for documents & submisions. There must be evaluation system case-wise.

Networking and computers are used by humans.
Unless human efficiency and mindset is changed, improvement in system will have little effect.
Courts observe more vacations than any other establishment.
Court holidays shall be reduced.
Hearing shall be in continuation with shorter dates.
Adjournments due to non responsive parties shall be reduced.
Delivery of summons shall be ensured particularly pertaining to other states.
Let the truth prevail at end.
Justice delayed is Justice denied

simplifying processes- suppose a simple form (like the give it up gas subsidy campaign) is created and both parties agree to close the case (cheque bouncing or case filed in anger at a weak.moment for.loud music etc etc) then the escorts should draw up a list of cases that van be closed easily with any loss of justice , this should be attempted forthwith / first

eCourts will just ease in operations of judicial system. But, will it fulfil its main objective of early delivery of justice?
Computerisation and networking are just tools.
Effectiveness of these depends on how efficiently these tools are used.
Are the people involved in whole chain of judicial system are efficient and result oriented?
No computerisation would solve problem of adjournments due to absentism of judges and lawyers.
With wrong basis we shall not expect right results.

Phase III focuses on building strong adoption frameworks. Such frameworks must include behavioral nudges, adequate training and skill set development, feedback loops, along with the requisite mandate of law.
