Document covers entirely the things required to implement the ecourts project. What is needed is the will on part of the judicial fraternity to learn the nitty-gritty of the requirements of ecourts. Also, after implementing the ecourt mechanism and infrastructure in the higher courts and further to lower courts, the efiling should be made mandatory for new cases and simultaneously the older files be digitized. Sometimes, hardest decisions need to be taken to make it a win-win situation for all.
