Sir,
Being an advocate, I have the first hand experience of the functioning of courts through virtual system. These are few of the pointers which may be considered:
1. Establishing a better network (private network like Jio and Airtel in place of BSNL as in place in Kolkata)
2. Documents in all existing matters, old and new should be digitised.
3. A better platform should be opted for by the Courts like Cisco-Webex instead of GoogleMeet.
4. Virtual courts should be promoted to implement it.

improve efficiency. Technology can also play a more transformative role by enabling
users to perform tasks or deliver certain services that would not have been previously
possible. High Courts must prioritize process re-engineering exercises to redesign
processes to reduce cost
