Corona मौत के प्रधान कारण:
1.Fake/Repeated News-दहशत कर्ता
Courts must take some strict actions

Further govt must give a facility for create legal heirs when the person is alive so that the assets could pass on easily without going to the court. This must be linked to aadhar and must be given to people who wants to avail it. honest tax paying citizen will take this as it will remove the problem for their children to get the assets of the parents after their departure.
In todays system, if not dispute it take years and in case of dispute it takes decades to get the inheritance.

first step towards is that all document going further to be executed in digital mode with the digital signature of the concerned parties. It was well done by fadnavis in maharashtra where even lease agreement can be signed by tenant and owner using their aadhar/pan. This will remove most of the disputes which are paper based.

The creation of a digital case-management system, open digital hearing and providing technology-enabled transcriptions to lawyers and litigants. The digital hearings will minimise the travel costs of litigants and lawyers, thereby increasing access to justice and reducing environmental costs.

1) E-Courts should ensure the privacy of the individual as well as avoid leakage of information like case details. This should be in sync with the Data protection bill and Nin-Personal data bill.
2) The cases should be assigned on a random algorithmic basis to any courts irrespective of geographical location e.g. Delhi based case may be looked into by Chennai court.
3) Illiterate/EWS to be provided assistance at ecourt centres where they just need to come and and rest done by ppl there.
