many culprit may release but one one innocent should not punish
if in this matter by help of infotech
in genuine cases by after prior case studies by judges/police/advocate

how misguide on portal/app
& direct judge/or any & accused
cn release innocent if he is (perpetrator)

Hearing filing argument judgement all are transparency without interruption of long time length leading cases chances to come very short period and it is easy to public and case attenders victims to travel very distances places any how good vision with result oriented objectives and Our Prime Minister Take good initiative , Ordinary poor people expense for court case filing chances very less and it may be least money spend for attending E Court and hearing directly their own case details

2) Creation of Digital gateway for common people to lodge his complaint directly.
3) implementing Medical examiner system(MES) in process of inquest. digitally empowered MES will definitely bring strenght to our judicial system

If it is about digitization, i would like to suggest
1)creating of new post/cadre like that of CJM (Can be called as Chief Digital SurveillanceMagistrate) who will take note/ or will keep Surveillance of what is already happening in his territory. So that he will have access to all digitally created data in social media(like posts, details of any ill happening or crime can be known /Google location etc. so that he will take further action on itself in interest of law.

Thanks.

It will be a great kind of revolution in the draft process of eCourts, Here are my suggestions 1.Including time frame for the timely operations of ongoing cases, 3.Replacing of the 'Minutes of the Meeting' with 'Minutes of the case solving meet VIRTUALLY', 3.A locked DNS server consisting of colour codes in the college website for raising queries of law for the law students and lawyers in practise 4.Coding being a compulsory subject for students of law of different fields other than Cyber law.

Why can't we deploy IAF fleet of C130 Hercules transporter planes to airlift oxygen containers into starving cities from industrial plants?
Why wait days when they come via train?
C130 can easily airlift 20 tons including tanks (as you can see in the second pic from US army). They are propeller based hence very stable and do not need a huge runway (as their speed is lower than jets)
I have been in these planes, they hatch open from the rear and you drive a small truck into them easily - drop
