Small Causes trials may be made mandatory to go online. Now the system normally followed is listing out cases in the morning and taking trials in the afternoon. It is ideal that petty cases are once for all concluded in one sitting following lokadalat format by a bench consisting two retired Judges and one sitting Senior Judge. Procedures need to be simplified to a greater extent, replacing present system.

Should there be no grievance redressal mechanism ! I have to put this on this post as I have felt that no one from Management or Administration likes a Complainer.
