There are four types of courts in India, i.e., Supreme Court, High Court, District Court, and subordinate courts. Actually We should reduce type of court. only two types of court should there. Supreme court and all other courts will work as high court. district court and subordinate courts should upgraded as branches of High court.

My Suggestions:
All documents submitted to the courts electronically, currently there is TOO much paper waste and plus where can these documents be stored and retrieved, electronic storage will save so much energy, time and trees.
A system of AI is being implemented, kindly eliminate "copy paste syndrome" and false cases that have no basis by including "plagarism" software.
Proper system of transparency and accountability by all in the judicial system, attendance and case load clearing

e- court initiative will only make India cleaner, Almost all of our corruptions issues originate due to present Indian Judicial System (i.e. police & Conventional Courts). e-court should be designed effectively to avoid unnecessary delay in judgement and co-ordination between corrupted police officers & accused . Careful implementation of e-court could lead to fix a time frame for every legal case, ultimately it would result to transparent & corruption free governance
