its best idea but before implementing that gov has to upgrade all police station and different places where trials are going to take place and we can use VR etc for better experience and big problem is govt server I have noticed that many times it will be down and all conversation and video should be encrypted because if video is leaked then it can be edited and it would be bigger problem.

Facility of putting vedeos or ensuring genuineness inof a vedeo by storing it's hashes in fixed time intervals in blockchains can be explored further. Eg: say somebody is in judicial custody. Judiciary can ensure, the person not being tried influenced without its knowledge. (by) The continuous supply of hashes can be monitored and it's missing may be alerted automatically.

As it Seems a Very Data Sensitive and Very crucial concept, the Govt. Of India must look for the best Technicians and programmers from the Private Sector Hired over the Contract Basis up untill the project is done. Many Young and talented University/College based Freelancers also could easily do this job which the govt could even applause him/her for in his/her college which wd also indicate that the govt is keen in uplifting the young students on an even much more practical sense than before .
