Adjournments r genorously given on the pretext of entitlement for opportunities. Both sides take disadvantage mostly puttingforth legal entitlement & judgement delays by & large.Parties suffer. It is used as a favourable weapon in the armour against other party. If avoided pendeny may considerably reduced.
