One of the things that always surprised me is nu of pages of chargesheets - hundres of them !. Why should country like us spend this on criminals / culprits. Its a total waste !We should use Digitisation & completely eliminate huge number of pages/ papers used to file Chargesheets !

Solution for Ambulance service issue. Please bring in Ola for all Ambulance service. All the ambulance should be made mandatory to register with Ola. They will be provided a QR code which should be pasted on the front of Ambulance. Any Ambulance without QR code should not be allowed to run and police should catch and cease vehicle. Benefits : People can book Ambulance through Ola app with GPS tracking, electronic payment, proper charges based on kms, safety of users and no scope for black market

High court should not comment on working of central government. only superim courts should allow comment on working of central government. As far as possible, all courts should avoid to comment on administrative decision of government. Many times, courts have given wrong instructions on administrative decision of government. Our nation is democracy country and elected government has right of administrative decision. Public will review the decision of the government at the time of election.

There must be nearly 100 digital courts where the people can feel comfortable than normal courts and follow the proper justice. The judgement should be honest. All petitions in a digital courts should be solved in a particular period of time. More than that for these kind of digital courts the judges and advocates who know detailed about the technology should present there. Because the wrong person can do some forgeries. One tech specialist should be present. This is risky but should become true.

sir, in this pandemic situation, it is perceived to facilitate food & shelter for the poor who are returning to their native place. further those who are unable to earn due to lockdown may be provided for their daily needs either by deficiet budget or from the emergency fund to reduce the difficulty. It's natural that the citizens expect from Govt during difficult situation. This timely help cannot be forgotten easily in the days to come. Thank you

Respected Sir , I want to express my suggestions on this topic . 1. There should focus to make digital platform for courts properly . 2. There should be 100 to 500 digital courts who give justice quickly to everyone . 3. There should be focus of technology like technology of Japan , We can take help to make our system more technologist . 4 . There should be focus to complete each & every petitions in all courts within a specific period of time . 5 . There should be strengthened judicial system .
