Justice delayed justice denied is a commn saying. We may expect a timely disposal of grievences of peoples. E - Court is in pace with electronic era and very useful.

E-court is economic and easy access, works on digital platforms. It solves court matters with the help of Lok Adalat to Supreme Court on jurisdiction matters. It helps in settling court opportunities at State level, not burdenising Supreme Court. Its justification mostly + or - hypothetical. It a suggestion for helpline numbers and a special bench comprising of civil society members, social work professionals, judiciary officials and a political member say MP at higher level and MLA in District

ecourt is the very good platform for transparency of each and every one,but only this is not sufficient for the present day's when the people are suffering alot due to covid period. They are also not want to attend their cases physically but want quick and early response from the court. This one is possible only when their cases will carry out on line through zoom or any other on line platform. This is also necessary for early justice and to reduce the long line of cases.
