1)Dedicated cycling paths, at least on high traffic density roads
2)Create major public transport hubs for each locality/zone, provide free cycle parking
3)No private vehicle zones, with cycle renting facility on each entry and exits
4)Carbon credits for commute by cycle to office, with strict and penalties for misuse.

1. Most European countries have a bike/bi-cycles route. This may help to improve use of bikes/bi-cycles to work as the normal car/bus roads are termed dangerous
2. Public transport system is highly respected mode of transportation in most developed countries. I am sure, we should increase that sense of pride in people to use public transport.
3. Encourage newer vehicles. This will also promote the car Industry + less fuel consumption, better environment.
4. Promote Walking

Subsidies on bicycles or making them cheap by tax cuts.
Encourage citizens to ride bicycles by setting a trend.
I appreciate this idea but every idea must be backed with some government support.
Thankyou for helping my country prosper.
