During the year 2015-16, India spent Rs.4.82 lakh crores on imports to fulfill domestic demand. To reduce the import burden, and also to work towards to a greener environment, it is proposed to avoid usage of Petrol/Diesel for one day in a week.

Our Hon’ble Prime Minister has urged all citizens to avoid usage of Petrol/Diesel for one day in a week. He has said that if 125 crore Indians pledge to do this, the dream of a ‘New India’ can be achieved.

Citizens are invited to suggest ways for encouraging and motivating the masses to avoid the usage of Petrol/Diesel for one day, every week.

The last date of submission is 15th April, 2017, 12:00PM

Ask the people to take a walk to minimum distance to their ability. Ask the people to involve in using bicycle , Electric cars, Horse- chariot vehicle mode. Thereby increase of protecting the animals (horse) .

Government can also run buses which can take passengers on not more than 3 stops. These buses should run from home to office. Government can charge accordingly. I'm happy to board the bus which runs specifically for office.

We should repair the roads and its enough to save petrol/diesel. If I didn't get traffic, my car runs around 420 km in full tank and in traffic, I get only 360 km. Its a huge difference of 60 km approx. which we can reduce by controlling the traffic and by repairing the faulty roads. There are many unnecessary cuts which halts the traffic. There is not at all any traffic rules apply in East Delhi.

Our government should introduce a new law ,according to which the person who uses the minimum amount of petrol and deisel during PCRA week which should be organised,the person will be awarded and will be given the title"PETROL CONSERVING MAN" and same things for cities/states.THANK YOU

I am informing that my 11 complain with PMO and 3 complain with CMO Rajasthan is pending, this matter is also in the knowledge of 11 MLA and 4 MP. EVEN AFTER ALL THE ABOVE THE RPSC is not correcting MISTAKES. I AM ASKING THAT IS THERE ANY TRANSPARENCY AND GOOD GOVERNENCE EXIST in Rajasthan? BECAUSE THIS RULING GOVT CAME IN POWER WITH THE PROMISE OF GIVING THE JOB TO 15 LACKS YOUNGS, and now they are providing job to lesser qualified candidates. Therefore please take most urgent action.

3. Car pooling is another good initiative. 4. We can change office timing so there is less rush on the road. 5.People can be motivated to work from home using digital platfrom. 6.Every office need not be close on saturday or sunday.We can balance office oof day to reduce traffic on road. 7.Children can be educated about saving of petrol and diesel and they can educate their parents. 8.Saving of diesel can be connected to pollution and pollution effect on health and no. of death.
