During the year 2015-16, India spent Rs.4.82 lakh crores on imports to fulfill domestic demand. To reduce the import burden, and also to work towards to a greener environment, it is proposed to avoid usage of Petrol/Diesel for one day in a week.

Our Hon’ble Prime Minister has urged all citizens to avoid usage of Petrol/Diesel for one day in a week. He has said that if 125 crore Indians pledge to do this, the dream of a ‘New India’ can be achieved.

Citizens are invited to suggest ways for encouraging and motivating the masses to avoid the usage of Petrol/Diesel for one day, every week.

Reduce the total distance travelled by a single vehicle. The person should park the car some distance away from the office. Walk to and from the office daily to the parking .This distance should be 2-3 km.Health will also improve and petrol will be saved.

#PCRA

Within a Radius of 1 KM, One Emergency Crane should stationed for tow away the roadblocks e.g. Breakdown Vehicles, which result to traffic congestions. Proper charge of Crane should be redeemed from the particular Vehicle owner, so that Each Individual maintain their vehicle's Condition properly for better fuel average km per unit, Less pollution and less traffic congestion. One Such Crane can save good amount of fuel consumption and stop wastage of fuel.

#PCRA and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, should take care of City Traffic congestion. Traffic Congestion results to huge loss of Nation Energy. If PCRA more actively implement and design the guideline for Managing Traffic, for instance Traffic Signals should be synced as such that the Vehicles having decent speed of 40 Km/Hours, will get green signal at all subsequent crossings. The Timing of Traffic light controller can adjusted/ config with respect to its adjustcent crossings. Thanks

We should identify things which will foster usage of Non-Fuel Based of transportation : a) Dedicated lanes for cycling will foster growth of healthy culture in our country and will also ensure less fuel consumption . b) Car pooling should be encouraged . Government can take out an app in which a private vehicle owner can offer unused seats in his car if he wishes to do so . This will have multi fold benefits . I have a well drafted plan for the same . Will be happy to serve

Sir the proposed suggestion of Hon'ble PM will have dual impact;on economy and on pollution. Common man allways welcome the suggestion. In addition to this I may propose another view that may crystalize the idea. Our netas, babus, business tycoons, celebrities should spend one whole week with the proposed idea. Exception is medical emergency or similar exigencies. Common man is always with the nantion and for the nation.JAY HIND...

Hello sir,This is going to be superidea. India face issue with ATM availabilities in rural area.If all the ATM of government banks are placed very next to police station, then there will not be any looting cases & ATM can be run 24*7 .Many people will be benefitted.Policemen will be clearly responsible if any other problem arises.Specially SBI & UBI can play major roles in this mission. This will help even Farmers and people to withdraw the amount. This will definitely reduce ques. Please do Sir.

Government should promote "Bicycling culture" in India.Bicycle has many long lasting advantages like it save fuel, improves heath(workout),reduce pollution, reduce accidents, lesser traffic(some extent) and many more.Prime minister and State chief ministers should Bicycling just like clean india caimpaign.Film actors and sportspersons can assist in the efford.I can say that this caimpaign has far better results than quitting fuel.We can divert public opinion of trasportation. Thank You. Jai Hind

Save water save life initiative : I suggest for setting up a mass launderette at every city/town by the government. Also before this a recycle water treatment plant must be set up so as to Carter the same water be used again and again. The initiative will help household water usage come down. Moreover the rates must be customized by the govt. Also employment for the local people dwelling on this business must be provided with better job facility in the launderette. My core aim is to save water
