In my view country should decide whether to use R.c.c or steel as we are in tropical country where corrosion is high specially on coastal belt. We need to paint steel structures periodically. Where as RCC needs no maintenance if built properly.I feel just because rest of the world is using more steel does not mean we have to use more. What is important is to check pollution caused in production of steel as well cement. To increase steel demand remove all taxes and make it cheaper by 50%

Japan and other major nations are looking towards the development of electric power transmissions and the component necessary for this to happen is electrical steel products. There is increasing demand for steel plates used for rotational machinery within motor units as the non-oriented electrical steels have excellent magnetic properties for efficiency. Jai Hind

पुराने Power Plants को कोयले के अलावा Gas Fired भी बना सकते है. ईसके लिये सरकारी OPG कंपनीयों का आर्थिक सहयोग मिल सकता है. उनको भी आर्थिक लाभ होगा.

नमस्कार सर,
देश में कोएले से चलने वाले कई Power Plants होंगे जिनकी age हो चूकी होगी. प्रोफिट करने वाली पावर ट्रान्समिशन एवं मैन्युफेकचरिंग कंपनी को Lease में देकर उन्नत Power Plants का निर्माण किया जा सकता है. ईस से लाभ यह होगा की नये Power Plants कोम्पेक्ट होते है, और ज्यादा बिजली पेदा करते है. बिजली का उत्पादन बढेगा, कोयले की खपत बढेगी. Power Plant कोम्पेक्ट बनने से जो जगह बचेगी उसको डेवलप किया जा सकता है. जिस से की लागत को कम किया जा सकता है.

सभी केन्द्रीय एवं राज्य सरकार के सरकारी कर्मचारी आवास एवं कार्यालयो का Technical evaluation करवाना चाहियें. जो सरकारी colonies पुरानी हो चूकी है, उन्हे तोडकर नये HIGH RISE गवर्नमे्ट एम्पलोईज quarter बनाने चाहिये. High Rise ईमारते बनाने से जगह बचेगी. उसको DEVELOPMENT के लिये lease पर दिया जा सकता है. जिस से की सरकारी तिजोरी पर कम बोज पडेगा. दोनो स्तर पर निर्माण कार्य से स्टिल की खपत बढेगी.

ग्रामीण विस्तारो में जो सडके बनाई जाती है उसका आस्फाल्ट बारीश की वजह से बह जाती है. दो तिन साल में वो बेकार हो जाती है.
अगर ग्रामीण सडको का निर्माण लोहे के सरिये डाल कर पास के POWER PLANT से FLY ASH लेकर किया जायें तो दोहरा लाभ होगा. एक तो स्टील की खपत बढेगी. दुसरा FLY ASH का उपयोग होगा
रिसर्च बताते है की ईस तरह से बनी सडके ज्यादा मजबूत और टिकाउ होती है.
