The National Commission for Women, a Statutory Body set up in January 1992 under the National Commission for Women Act, 1990 has the mandate to safeguard the constitutional and statutory rights of women. The Commission initiates program which aids empowerment and holistic development of women so that they are capable to gain access to opportunities and make their own decisions.

International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women was launched in 2000 by the U.N General Assembly. It is observed annually on November 25th. International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women seeks to raise awareness about violence against women. This day aims to eliminate violence by removing stigma and encouraging women to speak out against abusers. This day defines violence against women as any act of gender-based violence that results in or is likely to result in, physical, sexual, or psychological harm to women. The goal of this day is to achieve equality, development, and peace. It aims toward the fulfillment of women's and girls’ human rights.

In pursuance of its mandate and in order to achieve the goal of ‘Elimination of Violence against Women', the Commission invites inputs, suggestions, and feedback from all stakeholders through MyGov Portal, with a focus on Breaking the Silence against Gender Violence. The aim of the programme is to promote equality, development, and peace among the masses.

The last date to receive suggestions/input is 24th December 2021.

I THINK PARENTING PLAY A IMPORTANT ROLE INIT. ON WOMEN'S DAY YA BHIR PARENTS TEACHER MEETING DAY, WE SHOULD TALK TO PERENTS ON WHAT TO SAY OR WHAT TO NOTSAY TO THEIR CHILDERENS. Parents should teach their children that there is no difference between a boy and a girl. teach your son and daughter to respect women and their choices. IT IS A GREAT STEP TOWARDS FUTURE. SECOND FOR NOW, WE NEED TO AWARE WOMENS ABOUT THEIR RIGHTS. GIVE THEM CONFIDENCE KI VO APNA PROTECTION, APNE LADAEE KUDE KAR SKTIHAI

Who created draft of Domestic Violence Act? What did Soli Sorabjee say about DV? What are statistics about suiside by men vs women? How many cases are pending? Should men keep paying corrupt police, less reliable lawyers, biased judiciary, exploiting educated wife? How would Govt compensate Men for atrocities? Gender neutrality is required with more involvement of community and NGOs. We have divided the nation enough in last many decades, let's do something to unite. Can't trust legal system.

Women Adultery is major problem in our society. A woman is enemy to other women. When a legally married women have a illegal relationship with other means not only her family spoils but also other family also spoil. In India adultery is illegal but there is no punishment for that. Please respected PM Modi ji take necessary actions for this women Adultery and save men society because all are only favour for women only not to men. Law should be equal to both men and women.

Violence not only against women but any kind of restless features of life are the factors involved with economic insecurities causes behind the violence. Violence Against Women can be arrested if both hands are provided with equal opportunity to get the best in time.Violence took place when women become intended to assist the members of their own family from out of the home. Men still believe if women are at home then the family is secured and dignity of life upheld, we should break such myths.
