Elimination of violence against women in itself is Gender biased. Men are also victims of domestic violence but no one cares, no laws to support men if harrassed by women. Women beating, abusing men on roads and police scared to take action.
498A, DV2005 are most misused laws by unscrupulous women in India.
Make laws gender neutral first, then talk about violence.

My humble suggestions
1) District Collectors and Superintendents of police should be held personally responsible for incidents of violence against women in their jurisdictions
2) A critical analysis needs to be undertaken by the PMO on a monthly basis and appropriate instructions should be issued to the state governments concerned
3) No case should be allowed to result in acquittal on technical or investigation flaws.
4) Adequate protection should be ensured to women

My humble suggestions
1) Fast track courts need to be set up in all districts to try cases of violence against women
2) No bail should be granted to the accused
3) Minimum life imprisonment Maximum Death sentence should be imposed
4) More awareness needs to be created through seminars, skits, slides in movie halls, printed materials etc.
5) Prompt medical and financial assistance should be extended.
6) Simplifying registration of cases
7) Proper counseling is needed

Unscrupulous Women are using Gender biased laws to extort money from men and family
Most misused laws are 498A, DV125 Crpc125 to harrass not only men but also women in the family of men by Greedy wives
Many of Domestic violence cases are fabricated and NCRB data show about 1lac men commit suiside due to these matrimonial cases filed each year in
courts. Women play ABLA NARI card and mislead Judiciary to harrass and extort money from Husband's in name of Maintenance and Alimony.

General perception is, its men who does violence against women but reality is totally different. Thanks to social media platforms becauase of which we see reality every other day. Its women who are doing violence against men n women both. Specifically daughter in laws, who trap whole family of husband including his aged mother, sisters, aunties even ladies in his neighbourhood and all thanks goes to Indian #genderbiasedlaws, #498, #DV where no one is listening to husband n ladies of his family.

I do appreciate dt we the people & nation is concerned for women bt I would like to bring in attention dt now it's a high time government should think about Men too. In today's modern world Men needs to b protected frm violence, there r numerous cases when Men and his Innocent family is dragged to d court on False Aligations under Domestic Violence Act 2005 n crpc125 and to police station under false 498a charges. Everybody knows about this money extorting business bt no one is taking any action
