नमस्ते, प्रधानमंत्री श्री 🙏 सादर वंदन सह में अपने सुजाव की बात करु तो हर गाँव मे पंचायत द्वारा केवल गांव की ही अलग अलग खेलोकि प्रतियोगिता हो जिसे गांव में लोगो के बीच मे अच्छी एकताकी भावना बनेगी । हर माह में अलग अलग खेलोकि उम्र के हिसाबसे प्रतियोगिता हो,, गाँव के लोगो का हर खेल का अपना रेकॉर्ड हो कि किसने किस का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ा। जिस गांव में कोई रिटायर्ड फौजी जवान होगा वो उस गांव के लोगो को आर्मी में जाने वाले उत्सुक युवकोको ट्रेनिंग करे । बस ये कुछ मेरे सुजाव है सर

Fitness is healthy body, calm mind. Eat healthy, include lot of protein in diet, eat every seasonal fruit and vegetables for balanced nutrition. Veg diet specially misses on vit b12 and short of proteins. For calm mind, bring contentment, stop comparing, feel gratitude for what u have and don't stop dreaming. Exercise Is not only gymming hard or yoga session. One should be able to do their life chores themselves, cook, clean, walk to local shop, is also a means of being fit.

Study of diet By every individual specially students make more more awareness about fitness .... And study of dietician make compulsory to students make them mentally and physically fit for this pandemic condition..,. Thank you...

Mental Fitness- Covid 19 has increased isolation and restricted us in one space. There are feelings of loneliness and lack of connection. Researchers say it as 'a collective grief' which is unique to this situation. There is loss of past and uncertainty. To work on this freeling is to first accept what is going on, to balance out these emotions and live in the present moment. To accept that in this time it is okay to experience these emotions. To express to someone or take help from psychologist

Set a goal and try to achieve it. No matter where, when or how you did it ? by the end, you will feel proud and satisfied with the results. I am attaching my running and walking result of 85 runs 1005 kms completed. So Good luck friends “stay safe eat healthy food and exercise when you have time, to be fit” should be our mantra for fit india.
